Breakfast Tortilla Wrap
A quick and healthy breakfast ready in just 5 minutes!
2 Grain-Free Cactus Tortillas
1 cup Spinach
1/2 cup Shredded Cheese
Tia Lupita OG Hot Sauce
1. Slice your tomato and scramble your eggs in a bowl to prep.
2. Add some butter or cooking oil to a pan and saute your spinach, lay down some tomato slices and add enough scrambled eggs to cover the bottom of the pan in a thin layer. Add some cheese on top.
3. Spread some OG Hot Sauce on a tortilla and lay that right on top of the cheese to stick. Once the mixture starts spinning in the pan, you know the egg is cooked enough on the bottom and now you can flip over!
4. Add any additional hot sauce or cheese a use a spatula to help you roll up your wrap for easy eats and enjoy!
