Hector's Tuna Salad

Ingredients

Tostadas 
3 cans tuna in water
1 can whole kernel corn 
Cornichons, as desired
Piparra Peppers, as desired 
Kewpie Mayo, as desired
Mustard, as desired
Lemon
Lime
Creamy Piquin Lime Hot Sauce
Cranberry Mexican Chili Crunch 



Instructions

In a large bowl, add drained tuna and start to shred, using lime and lemon to help break down the protein fibers. Add your corn, cornichons, piparra peppers, mayo, mustard, Creamy Piquin Lime Hot Sauce and Cranberry Mexican Chili Crunch to measurements that suit your tastebuds. 

Serve on tostadas and top off with a bit more Creamy Piquin Lime Hot Sauce and Cranberry Mexican Chili Crunch for presentation. Enjoy!
