Breakfast Chorizo Tostada

This simple recipe will elevate your standard Mexican breakfast!


Give your breakfast tacos a quick twist by turning your tortillas into a tostada!

INGREDIENTS:
4 Tia Lupita Cactus and Corn Tortillas
1 cup fresh refried beans (1 can works too!)
1/2 package chorizo
4 eggs
Avocado, sliced 
Cilantro, chopped
Tia Lupita Hot Sauce, as desired


INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Prepare your tostadas by spraying your Cactus and Corn Tortillas with a bit of cooking spray. Bake at 375° for 5 minutes or until desired crispness.
2. Heat up your refried beans and cook your chorizo and eggs in a pan. 
3. Prepare your desired toppings and assemble to your hearts desire. Don't forget your hot sauce!
