Chicken Fajitas

Tia's Chicken Fajitas

3 Boneless chicken breasts
1 Onion, thin sliced
2-3 Bell peppers, assorted colors, thin sliced
½ Lime
1-2 tbsp Avocado oil
½ tsp Chili powder
½ tsp Paprika 
1 tsp Garlic powder
½ tsp Cumin
½ tsp Salt
¼ tsp Pepper
Tia Lupita Grain Free Cactus Tortillas
Tia Lupita Chipotle Hot Sauce
Toppings of choice (cotija, sliced jalapeños, cilantro, avocado, shredded cabbage) 

Blend spices together and pour over chicken.
Coat pan with avocado oil and cook chicken for 8 minutes or until cooked through.
Remove chicken from pan and set aside.
Cut into strips after the chicken has had time to rest.
Using the same pan, saute the sliced onions and peppers until the onions start to caramelize and the peppers are tender.
Add the chicken back into the pan.
Warm the tortillas, scoop a generous portion of fajitas, and top with your favorite toppings and Tia Lupita Hot Sauce
