In a hot frying pan add the oil, add the ground meat and let cook for 3 minutes mixing constantly. Add the chorizo, continue cooking for a few minutes, add the sausages and cook for a few more minutes.
Add tomato, onion and salt to the taste, mix and cook for about 10 more minutes.
Warm up the cactus tortillas in another pan with a little olive. Add about 3 tablespoons of the meat mixture and roll up the burritos. Serve accompanied by Toreado jalapenos and Tia Lupita Chipotle Hot Sauce.
