Creamy Cilantro Dip

Tia Lupita Carne Asada

1 bunch of cilantro, washed and leaves picked from stems
1 clove of garlic
Juice of 2 limes
½ c half and half
½ c mayonnaise
¼ tsp salt
A generous pour of Tia Lupita Salsa Verde

Puree all ingredients in a food processor until very creamy. Serve with Tia Lupita Salsa Verde Chips.
