Grilled Fish with Roasted Zucchini & Salsa Macha

INGREDIENTS:
2 pcs Tilapia Filets
1 tbsp Margarine Zucchini
Salt
Pepper
Cooking Oil
Tia Lupita Peanuts Salsa Macha
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. In a frying pan or on a grill, brown the Tilapia filets with the Margarine. Cook 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily.
2. Cut your zucchini into slices and season with salt and pepper. Add zucchini to the grill or a hot pan and brown on each side.
3. Plate the filets with the roasted zucchini and garnish with Tia Lupita Peanuts Salsa Macha. Enjoy!
