Habanero Chicken Tacos

Chicken Tacos with Habanero Hot Sauce

2 cups cooked chicken, sliced or shredded
1 red bell pepper, cubed
1 yellow bell pepper, cubed
1 orange bell pepper, cubed
½ white onion, diced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon chili powder
½ teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
4 Grain-Free Cactus tortillas
Tia Lupita Habanero Hot Sauce

In a large, nonstick skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Toss in the onions, bell peppers, salt, chili powder, cumin, black pepper, and sauté until the onions and peppers have softened. Add in the chicken and toss until everything in the pan is evenly coated and warmed through. Pour the chicken mixture into a large serving bowl. Heat the tortillas in the seasoned pan. Divide the mixture evenly between tortillas, top with a hefty drizzle of Habanero Hot Sauce, and serve. Enjoy!
