Quesibirrias
INGREDIENTS:
8 oz Prepared Birria
4 Tia Lupita Cactus Tortillas
2 TBSP Tia Lupita Salsa Macha (with peanuts)
Cilantro, chopped
Red Onion, diced
Lime
4 oz Queso Fresco
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a non-stick frying pan, brown grated queso fresco. Use the oil from Salsa Macha to lightly coat a Tia Lupita Tortilla and place on the cheese to form a crust. Place birria on one half of the tortilla and form a quesadilla. Allow to brown until the tortilla is crispy. Top with cilantro, onion and lime to taste.
