Smashburger Tacos

This recipe is a SMASH ;)

INGREDIENTS:

1 lb Ground Beef
6 Grain-Free Cactus Tortillas
1 cup Arugula
1/2 Avocado
Jar of Pickles
1/4 cup Mayo
Your favorite Tia Lupita Hot Sauce
Salt and pepper, to taste

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Divide the ground beef into 6 even portions. Smash the ground beef into each tortilla and form a thin, even layer. Season with salt and pepper.

2. Heat a skillet or griddle over medium-high heat and add a small amount of cooking spray. Place a tortilla with ground beef, meat side down to cook. Flip over. Cook the patty for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness. 

3. Remove from the skillet and mix together your custom burger sauce by combining mayo with your favorite Tia Lupita Hot Sauce. Make chipotle mayo for a smokey kick, hot sauce mayo for a creamy heat, or salsa verde mayo for a zesty zing. 

4. Assemble with arugula, avocado, pickles, or your favorite burger toppings. Finish with your custom sauce. Fold and eat like a taco, enjoy!
