8 oz spaghetti
10 clean shrimp
1 teaspoon of fines herbs
3 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
4 tablespoons of butter
1 tablespoon of olive oil
3 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Tia Lupita Habanero Sauce
Fill a large pot with water and heat to boiling water. Cook the pasta for 11 minutes, drain and reserve.
In a frying pan add the olive oil and garlic, brown lightly, add shrimp and the fines herbs, sauté for 2 minutes. Add the butter, cooked spaghetti and the salt and pepper to taste. Mix and remove from heat. Serve in bowls with Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley and Tía Lupita habanero sauce.
