Tia's Chicken Salad

2 cups Rotisserie chicken, shredded
1/4 cup Low-fat mayonnaise
1/4 cup Plain Greek yogurt
1/4 cup White onion, diced
1/4 cup Celery, diced
Salt & Pepper
Tia Lupita Habanero Hot Sauce
Fresh Spinach
Cherry Tomatoes, sliced
Tia Lupita Cactus Tortilla Chips

In a medium bowl, combine chicken, mayonnaise, yogurt, onion, celery, salt and pepper and Tia Lupita Habanero Hot Sauce (to taste). Mix well.

In a single-serving bowl, place spinach and tomatoes. Place a serving of prepared chicken salad over spinach and tomatoes. Serve with more Tia Lupita Habenero Hot Sauce and your favorite Tia Lupita Cactus Tortilla Chips.
