We’re on a mission to make the most delicious Mexican-inspired foods that are better-for-you and better-for the environment. It’s that simple.

The Tia Lupita brand was born with the launch of our Hot Sauces in 2017. From the start, we have been dedicated to making each small batch of our hot sauces using simple, quality ingredients. We built relationships with local Bay Area farmers which allows us the opportunity to follow our peppers’ journey from seed to harvest. It goes without saying, (but we will anyway) that we use only all natural, NON-GMO and gluten-free ingredients, with no added sugar. You won’t find any fake foods or fillers in any of our products.

As our brand evolved into Cactus Tortilla Chips and Cactus Tortillas, we have continued this commitment to using the highest quality, sustainable ingredients. Nopales Cactus is a superfood, packed with antioxidants and is one of the most sustainable foods — it thrives in poor growing conditions, retains water during droughts and can replenish soil as it grows.

As we look to the future, we are sourcing upcycled ingredients and finding innovative ways to maintain our commitment. We are a proud member of the Upcycled Food Association and our new grain free tortilla is made with cactus, cassava and upcycled organic okara.
